Plakes area is the oldest part of Skiathos town. Located on the Southeast side of the island. Some of the oldest houses of the previous century can still be found here among the new. Its privileged location combines tranquility in just a few minutes from the center of Skiathos town, taverns, cafes and bars.

Plakes area is inaccessible to cars and because of the cobbled streets and steps, it might be an issue for guests with special mobility needs. Nevertheless, the propertyis reachable by bikes.
